Welcome to our online store
Each and every item is made in our studio in Jacksonville, Florida. All pieces are unique and handmade. Any variation in color, shape or dimensions is normal, and should not therefore be the subject of a request for exchange or refund. Any item shipped has been inspected, and deemed within tolerable variance from the item photographed for the website.
All prices are in USD. The applicable taxes will be added to your cart when you complete your purchase.
Payment can be completed by credit card or PayPal.
We currently only ship to the United States. Any item shown in stock will ship within 3 days. Custom orders can be placed by email, and will take 2 to 3 weeks to produce.
Shipping costs are not included in the price. We currently offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders of up to $50, and $15 for orders of $50 to $300. Local to Jacksonville? You can also choose to pick up your order at our studio on Philips Highway.
We will carefully pack your purchase and ship via USPS.
Cancellation and exchange policy
Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped.
An exchange may be requested in case of breakage of the item during delivery. In case of damage or breakage, please notify us by email within 48 hours or receipt. Photos of the damage to the packaging and item are required. Once we have received sufficient information, we will send you a replacement item.
